29/06/10 - I have just returned from a holiday in Greece we used ATS for the first time. All I can say is what an absolutely fabulous service Steve and Michele provide. Steve was at our house with time to spare. The car was spacious and comfortable and we arrived totally relaxed at T1 Manchester. On our return the Greeks were on strike and so our flight was about 4 hours delayed. All it took was a couple of text messages to keep Steve informed and he was still there waiting for us at T1 Manchester when we landed. All this for a really competitive price. I really can't speak highly enough of ATS and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending ATS to family and friends and anyone really. Wendy & Kevin - Wakefield ***

The only thing I would say was that you did not contact us until 5.00pm in the evening before you were due to pick us up (at 3.30am) and we were getting a bit worried by then. 07/02/10 - We have used ATS for travel in connection with two cruise holidays (four journeys - two with two, and two with four of us, and lots of luggage) and on each occasion enjoyed absolutely superb service in every respect. From making the initial 'phone call to enquire about booking through to our return home, the service has been faultless. Steve is helpful and informative when making reservations, thorough in keeping in touch at all appropriate times, in good time when picking up, and always polite: most importantly he is a careful driver with whom we felt completely safe. And the vehicles are comfortable and beautifully clean. We recommend ATS to friends unreservedly - and they provide excellent value-for-money. The Vectra estate, was immaculate and plenty big enough for our needs.
We had a stupid o/clock flight both ways, you told me you would be there at at 3.55 on Tuesday morning, and there you were waiting for us. We had a chatty and uneventful journey to Manchester and you dropped us at 05.00 as promised at terminal 2.
On our return to the UK you said you would send a text to confirm that you were waiting close by, and by the time we had landed and turned on the phone, we had received the text asking us to confirm we were ready to be collected, unfortunately we could not receive a signal in the airport so made our way outside. As we got outside the phone rang and Michelle greeted us back to the UK and was walking towards us, then taking us back to the car for our journey back to Wakefield. Once again this was drama free, calm and safe. We arrived home safe and sound about an hour later.
We were a bit apprehensive at first about using a service like this as we had always either taken a car or been dropped off by friends, but my opinion has changed, for a very reasonable rate all the stress and hassle was taken off our hands so we could just concentrate on enjoying ourselves and relaxing from the word go. All of this was down to both of you.

*** 22/05/09 - Having booked the services of ATS to transport myself and my friend to Manchester Airport for a trip to Mexico, I felt happy with the recommendations of friends who had previously used ATS. However, because of the Swine-flu outbreak in Late April, with just over a week to our departure date, all flights were cancelled to Mexico and we had to hurriedly find an alternative holiday. This then altered our flight dates and times for the outbound and return journey. When I contacted ATS to explain what had happened, Steve and Michele told us not to worry, even though they were booked on a holiday of their own on the date of our departure! They arranged for us to be transported to the airport and on our return journey Steve was there to bring us home. The quality of service both there and back was second to none. Courteous, polite and friendly, as well as the cleanliness of the car and smooth safe driving. I felt secure at all times and never worried about road closures (there was an accident on the M62 causing long delays on our home journey) as Steve expertly negotiated the back roads and brought us home with only a few minutes delay as opposed to long delays on the motorway. I will definitley be recommending ATS to all my friends and family and hope to use their services on my next trip away.
